Allegro has had the privilege of helping hundreds of happy couples to source the perfect entertainment for their special wedding day. We house a pool of over 1,000 musicians and performing artists, including string quartets, opera singers, jazz bands, cover bands, DJs and fabulous roving performers. Our artists all adhere to our strict standards of polished performance and professional appearance.
Entertainment is a critical component to a successful wedding. It should be exciting and memorable. As well as sound and style, we consider the visual impact of entertainers and provide you with innovative solutions.
Your wedding ceremony is one of the most important parts of your special day, as it is where all the formalities take place and where you officially become husband and wife.
Music is an important factor in this part of the day, as it is your chance to choose songs that represent you as a couple and a chance to communicate a message through song.
If it is a religious ceremony, there may be special hymns or prayers you want sung or performed. It could also be your chance to introduce a certain cultural or historical element into your day by having a traditional song performed. Whatever your style of ceremony, Allegro can help you choose the most appropriate songs and find the perfect musicians to perform.
Popular choices include an opera singer or two, a lively jazz ensemble, a harp, a string or wind trio, some flamenco guitars… the options are endless. Perhaps you’re picturing a choir (classical or gospel) or an orchestra.

Dance the night away to all of your favourite songs with one of Melbourne’s top cover bands or DJs. Prefer rock or even retro? Perhaps a funkier feel or some Latin?

Discussing your wedding entertainment requirements either via phone or in person at our Richmond premises;
Providing you with a customised e-quote outlining our recommend entertainment options;
Providing support material for all of our artists, including artist biographies, images, sound and video files;
Liaising directly with your chosen venue regarding artist requirements and logistics;
Holding the requisite $20 million of public liability insurance;
