Heather Clarke
founded Allegro in early 2002 having trained in music (opera) and performed vocally and dramatically, here and in Europe. She studied both violin and piano from a young age and is an avid supporter of the arts. With strong industry contacts and associations and the good fortune to have assisted the industry's best, Heather is well placed to help clients with entertainment, production and events in their entirety.

Jacqueline Sebire
has been with Allegro since February 2009. She's been involved in the hospitality and events industry for years, both here and in the UK. Jacqueline is an accomplished pianist and a keen salsa dancer whose musical tastes cover the full spectrum. If she's not at the ballet, a play or a music theatre performance, she's probably at Rod Laver Arena seeing Pink or Powderfinger. She's always discovering new artists and venues. Jacqueline's knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity allow her to exceed clients' expectations regularly.

Russ Macumber
is the newest member of the Allegro team and has worked in a range of guises within the entertainment industry for over a decade. From band booker, to event manager and DJ with his own event company, through to entertainment consultant, artist manager and business development manager, Russ understands the corporate market as well as he understands artists. Russ is as eclectic a punter as you'll find, a list of favourite gigs covering a wide spectrum of acts such as Jurassic 5, Faith No More and Justin Timberlake. He's passionate about innovative and interesting live entertainment and invests much of himself in the success of each client's event.

We're lucky to have assembled a great team of audio visual professionals, whose creativity, technical knowledge and focus on the needs of the customer, have made them industry leaders.
These include:
- Sean Bowen - A technical dynamo who manages the technical requirements of large, outdoor festivals as smoothly as he does the sounds of a choir or orchestra in The NGV's 'Great Hall'. Using top quality equipment, wireless where possible, Sean and his team produce outstanding results and are a breeze to work with.
- Adam Cawley - A creative genius whose vision, design skills and technical knowledge are second to none. Adam's design skills are on par with his technical knowledge - he's brilliant.
- Jeff Steller - An oustanding sound engineer. Formerly head of sound at Hamer Hall (then 'The [Melbourne] Concert Hall'), Jeff can produce crystal clear results under the best and the worst of acoustic circumstances.
