Heather trained in music (opera) and has performed extensively vocally and dramatically as well as having worked in event management.  (Bachelor of Music – Hons, Bachelor of Arts, Associate of the Royal Schools of Music, London) Jacqueline has been involved in the hospitality and events industry for years, both here and in the UK. She has a double degree from Deakin University: Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and Bachelor of Arts (Journalism).
